We’re extra proud of this one. Designed with lamb in mind, we wanted to feature native Aussie flavours, and lemon myrtle is right at the front in Daintree Dust, bringing a unique zest to the table, along with some classic flavours that always compliment any lamb dish. But don’t get too bogged down in which protein to put this on, it’ll go well on anything, even veggies! Throw some into your next batch of mash and you won’t know what hit you.
